Soul Food Connection

A  space where folks can come together and enjoy a  good meal, great  conversation and strengthen our sense of community and togetherness.  

Soul Food Connection time has been changed from 5-8 pm to 4-8 pm for health. Eating our biggest meal of the day earlier in our day has been proven to be an important part of a healthier lifestyle.

Typically Soul Food Sundays are potluck style, while COVID-19 prevents us from gathering in large groups we can still provide food for others!
